About Selective Transportations
A dispatch office that works for the driver
We built Selective Transportations to give independent carriers the kind of back office that big fleets take for granted.
Owner-operators lose hours scrolling load boards, calling brokers and chasing paperwork. We take that work off your plate. We search for freight that fits your truck, push brokers for better rates and plan your week before it starts.
You keep full control. You choose your lanes, your home time and every load you take. No long-term contract, no upfront payment and no forced dispatch.
Equipment We Dispatch
Six truck types. One dispatch team.
Whatever you run, we know the freight it hauls, the brokers who pay for it and the lanes that keep it moving.
Services We Provide
Everything between the load board and the paycheck
How It Works
From first call to first load
Setup takes about a day. Send your documents, meet your dispatcher and start rolling.
We plan the week around your truck, not the other way around.
Tell us where you want to be on Friday night and we work backward from there. Your dispatcher builds a run of loads that keeps your miles paid, cuts deadhead and gets you home on time.
FAQ
Questions carriers ask us
Don't see your question? Call dispatch any time at (951) 893-5260.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our setup contract is non-binding. You can stop working with us at any time without a penalty.
Do you charge anything upfront?
No. There are no advance or setup charges. We are paid only after you haul a load we booked for you.
Can I turn down a load?
Yes. We never force dispatch. Your dispatcher sends each load and rate for your approval, and you decide.
What do I need to get started?
An active MC authority, a W-9, a certificate of insurance and, if you factor, a notice of assignment from your factoring company.
Will you help with detention, lumper and TONU fees?
Yes. Your dispatcher documents the delay or cancellation and follows up with the broker until the fee is paid.
Which truck types do you dispatch?
Dry Van, Reefer, Power Only, Step Deck, Flatbed and Box Truck.
